Upper Body Strength

Focus: Arms, shoulders, chest, back

Best fits clients who:

  • Struggle with push-ups, rows, presses, or pulling movements

  • Feel their arms/upper body fatigue quickly

  • Want to improve posture, carrying, or lifting

Lower Body Strength

Focus: Legs and glutes

Best fits clients who:

  • Struggle with squats, lunges, stairs, or hills

  • Feel leg fatigue before breathing does

  • Want more power, stability, and balance

Total / Full-Body Strength

Focus: Whole-body strength and coordination

Best fits clients who:

  • Feel generally weak all over

  • Struggle with compound movements

  • Are newer to strength training

  • Want overall functional strength
